摘要
在糠醛润滑油精制装置中,糠酸是主要腐蚀源。糠酸的产生是大气中的氧进入系统后使糠醛氧化所致。而环烷酸的存在可加速糠醛的氧化。文中除分析装置腐蚀的原因,指出氧进入系统的途径,水的存在和焦的产生对糠醛腐蚀的影响外,还提出了若干防腐措施。
Furfural oxidation results furoic acid which is the main corrodent in lube furfural refining unit. The test result showed that the air entering, the presence of naphthenic acid and water, etc.all had the influence on oxidation, and the curves were given, in which the presence of naphthenic acid evidently accelerated the fur fural oxidation. The anti-corrosion measures are proposed.
