摘要 为了减少精馏塔的静态仿真时间,必须降低数学模型的维数。本文应用分段集结原理,建立了精馏塔的分段数学模型。它不仅显著地降低了数学模型的维数和计算时间,而且所得仿真结果能够准确契合精确模型的输出。通过对某丙烯腈萃取精馏塔的仿真研究,证实了这种分段模型化方法的有效性。 In order to substantially reduce the computation time, the dimensionalities of the steadystate models of distillation columns must be reduced. Based on the compartment principle, a simplifiedversion of distillation model is proposed. The dimensionality and computation time are not only substantially decreased, but also the accuracy is preserved. Extensive simulation of an acrylonitrile extractive distillation column was carried out to evaluate the proposed model and satisfactory results were obtained.
