新型润滑油极压抗磨剂二烷基二硫代磷酸铋 被引量:2

摘要 制备出二烷基二硫代磷酸铋,并研究了它的油溶性、热稳定性,测定了以不同浓度加入32号机械油时的抗磨性和极压性,及不同负荷下的减摩性,并与二硫代磷酸锌盐(ZDTP)作了对比。结果表朋,该添加剂具有与ZDTP相当的油溶性及热稳定性,且其极压抗磨性要好得多。 It is well known that mineral oil can not provide sufficient lubrication between moving,surfaces under boundary lubrication conditions.Therefore antiwear and extreme pressure additives areneeded to reduce friction and control wear.The preparation of a novel and effective additive(BiDTP) for above purpose is disclosed.Its solubility in mineral oil,thermal stability and friction reducing capacity were studied respectively.Furthermore,four-ball test results revealed that the base oil blended with this additive has markedly improved the antiwear and extreme pressure abilities as compared with ZDTP.
