摘要
总结了镇海炼油化工股份有限公司炼油厂延迟焦化装置加工伊朗渣油的经验,针对原料输送困难、石油焦质量下降、压缩机超负荷等问题,生产上相应采取了提高原料温度、实施焦炭分别管理等一系列对策,保证了含硫渣油在延迟焦化装置上的加工。对今后加工伊朗渣油将产生的设备腐蚀、石油焦质量、脱硫再生负荷不匹配等问题进一步作了分析,提出了一些看法和建议:如果条件许可,可采取混炼方案;混炼比可根据焦炭质量要求进行反算;混炼方式可直接采用管道调合方式进行。
The operation experience of the delayed coker in Zhenhai Refining and ChemicalCompany for processing iranian residual oil is reviewed. The problems of equipment corrosion, coke qualiquality and incompatibility of the loads in desulfurization/regeneration system occurred in processing Iranianresidual oil are discussed. Some suggestions are given to the refiners those may process Middle East crudesin the future.
