摘要
以某制苯装置预分馏系统调优操作为背景，研究建立了预分馏系统的模拟优化方法。通过对操作工况的模拟优化计算，找出了该系统的最佳操作条件。经在装置上实施，获得了可观的经济效益。
A method of simulation and optimization of the prefractionation system was developed by calculation of the data gathering through varying the operation of a prefractionator in a benzeneplant. The optimum operating conditions predicted by the method were returned to the said prefractionatorand a considerable profit was obtained.
