摘要
采用连续管式反应器及动态测焦方式研究了结焦抑制剂存在下轻柴油裂解反应的动力学。在裂解温度为1100~且193K、停留时间为0.01~0.05s、水/轻柴油为1.889(摩尔比)的条件下,考察了该剂存在下轻柴油裂解反应的产物分布。结果表明,它在体系中主要改变了自由基链反应的链传递及链终止速率,使裂解反应产物分布发生变化,从而抑制了二次反应。考虑结焦抑制剂的影响和一次反应的自阻作用,结合由平行反应、连串反应等构成的轻柴油裂解反应式,据试验结果对各反应的动力学参数进行优化计算,首次建立了结焦抑制剂存在下轻柴油裂解反应的动力学模型。本文的研究结果可用于模拟或预测乙烯装置中轻柴油裂解炉的产物分布及运转特性。
The kinetics of light gas oil pyrolysis in the presence of coking inhibitor was studiedin a continuous tubular reactor system which can continuously measure the amount of coke deposition. Theproduct distribution of light gas oil pyrolysis reaction in the presence of coking inhibitor under experimental conditions of temperature 1100~1193 K, residence time 0. 01 ~0. 05 s and molar ratio of water to oil1. 889 was investigated. The results demonstrated that the rates of propagation and termination for radicalchain reactions were mainly changed because of the presence of coking inhibitor. As a result, the productdistribution was changed and the secondary reactions were inhibited. Considering the influence of cokinginhibitor and the inhibition to primary reaction, the new scheme of light gas oil pyrolysis is composed ofparallel partial reactions and consecutive reactions. A pyrolysis kinetic model of light gas oil in the presence of coking inhibitor is proposed by optimization computation of kinetic parameters within the schemeaccording to the experimental evidence. The results can be used to simulate or predict the product distribution and operation character for cracking furnace of light gas oil in an ethylene plant.
