摘要
用不同组成、不同分子量的聚甲基丙烯酸正十八酯/醋酸乙烯酯P(n-OMA-CO-VA)共聚物样品对新疆混合原油、马岭原油和大庆原油进行降凝降粘试验。结果表明,分子量约为1×105,VA含量为33.3%和14%的P(n-OMA-CO-VA),加50μg/g使新疆混合原油降凝20.5℃;分子量约1×105,VA(醋酸乙烯酯)含量为18.4%~14%之间的P(n-OMA-CO-VA),加200μg/g使马岭原油降凝24℃。两种原油的粘度都有显著的下降。而大庆原油随着P(n-OMA-CO-VA)分子量增加,降凝效果变好。
The role of reducing pour points and viscosities of Xinjian mixed crude, Maling crude and Daqing crude was studied by adding copolymer, poly(n-octadecyl methacrylate-co-vinylacetate),with different compositions and molecular weights. The results showed that the pour point of Xinjian mixed crude obtained a maximum reduction of 20. 5℃ (from 8℃ to - 12. 5℃ ) with 50 μg/g said copolymer, its molecular weight was about 1 ×105 and the vinylacetate (VA) content was in the range of 14~33.3 mol%; and the pour point of Maling crude had a reduction of 24℃ (from 16℃ to -8℃ ) with 200 μg/g said copolymer, its molecular weight was about 1×105 and VA content was in the range of 14~18. 2mol%. The viscosities also showed substantial reductions. The pour point of Daqing crude reduced with raising the molecular weight of the said copolymer, its VA content was in the range of 20~32 mol%.
