摘要
以我国的裂解碳五馏分资源情况、技术开发现状和市场需求预测等几个方面的情况为基础,借鉴国外裂解碳五馏分利用的成功经验,提出了我国裂解碳五利用的3种设想方案,粗分后生产石油树脂为主的方案、集中分离后综合利用的方案和芳构化方案,并对碳五综合利用中可能遇到的几个问题:资源相对集中和利益分配、碳五分离装置的经济规模、燃料平衡的问题、产品应用研究和市场开发等进行了探讨。
Based on the resources of pyrolysis C5 fraction, technology development status and market demand in China, three utilization schemes of C5 fraction obtained from steam cracking are proposed. They are petroleum resin production after simple separation, comprehensive utilization after centralized separation, and aromatization. The problems may be occurred in utilization, such as centralization of resources, profit distribution, economical scale of C5 separation, fuel balance, product application, and market exploitation, etc. are discussed.
