FCC主分馏塔汽油干点调整后汽油和柴油物性的预测

摘要 利用拉格朗日插值法在FCC主分馏塔的汽油干点调整后,对汽油和柴油恩氏蒸馏数据、密度和流量等的相应变化进行预测。以某炼油厂的一套FCC数据为例,预测结果与ASPENPLUS软件的模拟计算结果接近,在汽油干点增加5℃时,汽油和柴油的恩氏蒸馏数据平均相对误差分别为0.32%和0.53%,流量的相对误差分别为0.11%和0.60%;在汽油干点减小5℃时,汽油和柴油的恩氏蒸馏数据平均相对误差分别为1.18%和1.00%,流量的相对误差分别为1.97%和0.85%。它的计算工作量小,精度和速度能满足工业装置要求,且可作为发展FCC主分馏塔汽油干点预测软件的基础。 A new calculation method, Lagrangian interpolation, is proposed to predict the ASTM D86 data, densities and yields of naphtha and light gas oil after the adjustment of naphtha end point in the operation of FCC main fractionator. The prediction results showed that the calculation data were close to the data calculated by ASPEN PLUS software. With a 5℃ increase of naphtha end point, the relative mean deviations of ASTM D86 data and yields were 0. 32% and 0. 11 % for naphtha and 0. 53% and 0.60% for light gas oil respectively; and with a 5℃ decrease of naphtha end point, those were 1. 18% and 1.97% for naphtha and 1. 00% and 0. 85% for light gas oil. The proposed method is simple and its calculation speed and accuracy can meet the requirement of commercial operation. This is the fundamental study for developing the FCC main fractionator software to predict the end point of naphtha.
