裂化原料油、催化剂的性质与反应性能关系的多元统计分析

摘要 应用逐步回归对裂化原料油、催化剂的主要性质与反应性能进行了关联,建立了回归模型,并对催化剂 RSY-89-11-8的四种减压馏出油的主要反应性能进行了预测,取得了较好的结果。还对催化剂的物化性质和反应性能进行了主成分分析,对催化剂进行了分类,找出了影响催化裂化反应性能的主要因素。 The relationship between the properties of feedstocks, catalysts and catalytic cracking reaction characteristics has been studied by the use of stepwise regression. A set of regression models which correlate the effect of the properties of feedstocks and catalysts on conversion, product selectivity and gasoline properties has been established. Using this set of models, the effect of catalyst RSY-89-11-8 on cracking characteristics of four heavy oil feedstocks has been predicted. The predicted results agree well with the experimental data. The properties and reactivity of catalysts are analyzed through using the principal component analysis, and all catalysts are classified into three groups. The main factors affecting the reactivity are given.
