摘要 应用相似理论对旋风分离器内气固相运动进行相似分析,得出了对分离性能有影响的一系列相似准数。根据大量实验数据的回归分析,关联了这些相似准数与粒级效率的关系,从而给出了PV型高效旋风分离器的粒级效率的计算公式。计算结果的精确度比实验结果的高。 The analysis of the motion of gas and particles in cyclones was carried out on the basis of the principle of similitude, resulting in a series of dimensionless criteria for the separation performance of cyclone. The relationship between these criteria and grade efficiency as well as the formulae for calculating fractional efficiency of PV type cyclone were then deduced by regression analysis of experimental results. Comparison of grade efficiency calculated by these expressions with experimental results indicates the high accuracy of this method.
