振弦式压力传感器数据采集接口设计

摘要 针对油井压力测试,文章以振弦式压力传感器作为传感元件,设计出一种适合与PC机接口的数据采集电路。由于采用了有源LC谐振放大电路及通过脉冲周期测量来检测传感器振动频率,从而大大增强了接口的抗干扰能力,提高了压力测试精度。文章还对振弦压力传感器的工作原理进行了分析。 By using vibration string pressure sensor as transducer, this paper presents a data acquisition interfacc circuit designed to rieasure the downhole pressure, which can be cormected with PC. It is due to the using of the aetive LC resonance amplifier in the circuit and pulse peried measuring in calculating the pressure sensor's vibration frequency that the interface has strong anti -interference ability and high precision. It is simple、relible and precise in its application.The principle of vibration string pressure sensor is also analysed in this paper.
