XJC-3相位介电测井仪内刻度电路的改进

摘要 随着油田的不断开发,油层水淹现象十分严重。由于油水之间的介电常数差别较大,从理论上讲,相位介电测井仪在水淹层测井方面应该具有较好的测量效果。但由于该仪器本身还不够完善,且环境因素影响较大,实际测量结果并不太理想。文章通过对XJC-3型相位介电测井位内刻度原理及仪器电路的详细分析,认为该仪器的内刻度电路在设计方法上及信号转换等方面存在一定的不足.并对其内刻度电路进行了一些改进,为进一步改善仪器的测量效果提供了依据。 With the development of oil field the waterlogging of oil- bearing formation becomes more and more serious in recent years. In that casethe measure of dielectric constant between water and oil will be easyby using phase dielectric logging tool according to related theroles. On the contrary, the actual practice is not what we assumed out of the tool's poor structure and in envitoment affecting. Based on thedetailed analysis on the inner calibration principle and circuit ofphase dielectrie logging tool, this paper discussed the intrisic faultsexisted in the inner calihration design and signal processing and madesome improvement for inereasing measure feasures of the tool further.
