筛分设备工艺效果评定方法的探讨

Study on the Evaluation of Sizing Results

本文通过对评价筛分工艺效果现状的分析,指出综合评定指标η_s对评价近似筛分工艺效果所具有的局限性,同时也分析了可能偏差E_p作为主要评定指标在实际应用中所存在的问题。文中首次提出概全效率E_c及其计算公式,并结合理论分析和数据对比,指出E_c可用于评价近似筛分。

By analyzing the present situation in evaluating sizing results, the authors point out that the screening efficiency ηs has certain limits in evaluating approximate sizing, and that the probable error Ep , as used for the major criterion of evaluation, has some troubles in practical application. This paper presents, for the first time, the whole probability efficiency Ec and its calculation formula. It is proved that the whole probability efficiency Ec can be used as criterion of evaluating approximate sizing.
