摘要
本文通过对淹没射流破碎岩石的理论及实验研究,以破岩效率作为目标函数,得到射流破岩的最优压力条件。以此条件为基础,考虑水力定向时的地层岩性及钻具情况,给出了保证射流有效破岩的最优水力参数的确定方法。该方法对于水力定向时的水力参数设计及钻井泵工况选择具有指导意义。
Through the theoretical and experimental study on rock breaking by submerged water jetting, taking rock breaking efficiency as goal function, the optimum jetting pressure was acquired to break rock. Based on this optimum jetting,considering formation and drilling tools in hydraulic orientation,the optimum hydraulics and pump working status can be determined to assure jetting break rock effectively. The method noted above has significance for guiding hydraulics and pump working condition design in hydraulic orientation.
