摘要
陕甘宁盆地在勘探过程中,逐步优化井身结构,形成现在的φ273mm表层套管下深500m,封住上部的水层、易斜层和漏层,然后下φ177.8mm油层套管后期完成。本文论证了选择井身结构的重要性和可行性,介绍了长庆油田经过几年技术攻关,解决了在3000m的多层系、多压力系统的长裸眼井段内,安全、快速又能保护产层的钻井、完井技术。作者认为,优化后的井身结构,不仅是当前经济、有效地开发陕甘宁中部气田的最佳选择,而且也为后期套管腐蚀的修复和回采接替资源层留有余地。
During the exploration of the Shanganning basin, the casing program wasgradualy optimized,which at present is performed with the φ273mm surface casings runningto 500m, shutting off the over laying water zone, inclining zone and leakage zone, and theφ177. 8mm production casing run for the final completion. This paper domenstrated the im-portance and feasility of selecting casing program, recommended the well drilling and comple-tion technologies by Changqing oil field over a few year of efforts,which made it possible todrill safely and rapidly in the long open sections located in multi-layered and multi-pres-sured formations,while these techologies could prevent the formation from being damaged. Itis believed that the optimized casing program is not only the best way to develop the gas fieldin central Shanganning basin economically and efficiently,but also made it possible for the re-pairing of corroded casings the recovery of replacement formation.
