SP－Ⅱ大阳离子聚合物泥浆河南油田的应用

Study and Application of Large CationicPolymer SP-Ⅱ Drilling Mud

大阳离子聚合物ＳＰ－Ⅱ是一种抑制性较强的泥浆处理剂。针对河南油田钻井特点，优选了ＳＰ－Ⅱ的最佳加量和相应的膨润土含量。通过室内试验评价了ＳＰ－Ⅱ与各种处理剂的复配情况及其抑制性能。现场三口井应用证明，大阳离子聚合物ＳＰ－Ⅱ能有效地解决河南油田上部地层严重造浆问题，并可降低泥浆成本，简化处理工艺。

SP-Ⅱ is an additive with stronger inhibitiveness. According to the drilling features inHenan Oilfield, the optimum quantity of SP-Ⅱ, andbentonite were selected. Lab tests evaluated the reproduction of SP-Ⅱ and various additives and theinhibitive properties. The applications in threewells show the mud could effectively solve the serious mud-making problems in the upper formationsin Henan Oilfield, cut the mud costs and simplifythe processing technology.
