温泉1－1大斜度井侧钻技术

Lateral Drilling Techniques in High-angleWenquan Well No. 1-1

温泉１－１井从３２００ｍ处开始运用金刚石钻头、Ｒ型磁性单点测斜仪、螺杆钻具等技术进行定向侧钻工井深３３０３ｍ，然后换用转盘始多稳定器组合控制并眼轨迹，至井深４１２５ｍ完钻。该井最大井斜角４０．５°（４１２５ｍ），创川东地区井斜角最大纪录，取得了较好的社会经济效益，为高陡构造钻大斜度定向井提供了经验。

The directional drilling techniques were applied from 3200-3303m, with diamond bits,R-type megnetic single-shot suevey and helicoid hydraulic motor, and then with rotary drilling andmultiple stabilizers to control borehole trajectory to4125m, and completed the well. The maximum inclined angle is 40. 5°, which is the largest angle indirectional wells in east Sichuan area. The bettersocial and economical benefits were obtained fromthe well.
