本文论述了工业规模的黄原胶生产技术,采用气升式生物反应器用于黄原胶发酵生产是可行而有效的,讨论了黄原胶生产过程中分离、干燥、粉碎等工段。
Fermentation techniques in xanthan gum production was discused. Analysis and discussion were related to the practice of setting up and running a plant manufacturing xanthan gum.
