摘要 光合菌体景浮液是一种具有高热敏性和干燥不稳定性的物料,必须经过精心干燥才能获得符合要求的产品。此类产品通常所采用的冷冻干燥和低温真空干燥成本高.本研究通过于燥速率、温度曲线和生长实验表明,光合菌液吸附于载体的振动流化床干燥技术是经济、合理的,能够获得符合质量要求的产品。 A suspension of photosynthetic bacteria is a highly heat-sensitive and xerolabile bio-material that must be dried carefully to ensure the required product quality. Expensive freeze drying and high-vacuum drying are commonly used for dehydration of such products. The results of the present study (drying rate, temperature curves, and growth tests)show that it is technically feasible and economically justified to obtain the product with desired quality using a vibrated fluid bed with the photosynthetic bacteria liquor absorbed in solid carrier particles.
