摘要
本文探讨了银耳子实体多糖的多种提取方法.实验结果表明,复合酶法处理结合热水浸提的提取方法,能显著提高可溶于热水的银耳多糖浸提率,缩短浸提时间,银耳多糖提取得率达16.3%(克多糖/100克银耳干品).经纯化、鉴别,从银耳子实体中得到分子量在78000、76000、71000的三种杂多糖TP-A、TP-B及TP-C.
Several methods for extraction of Tremella fuciformis polysaccharides are discussed in this paper.The experiment results show that the yield of polysaccharides from 1 gram of dried Tremella fuciformis with enzymatic treatment is 0. 162 gram.Compared with other extraction methods, enzymatic treatment made yield of polysaccharide increasing and extraction time shorten. After purification, 3 types of polysaccharides were obtained from tremella fuciformis which were TP-A, TP-B and TP-C.
