酶法提取银耳多糖的研究

Extraction of Tremella fuciformis Polysaccharides by Enzymatic Technique

本文探讨了银耳子实体多糖的多种提取方法．实验结果表明，复合酶法处理结合热水浸提的提取方法，能显著提高可溶于热水的银耳多糖浸提率，缩短浸提时间，银耳多糖提取得率达１６．３％（克多糖／１００克银耳干品）．经纯化、鉴别，从银耳子实体中得到分子量在７８０００、７６０００、７１０００的三种杂多糖ＴＰ－Ａ、ＴＰ－Ｂ及ＴＰ－Ｃ．

Several methods for extraction of Tremella fuciformis polysaccharides are discussed in this paper.The experiment results show that the yield of polysaccharides from 1 gram of dried Tremella fuciformis with enzymatic treatment is 0. 162 gram.Compared with other extraction methods, enzymatic treatment made yield of polysaccharide increasing and extraction time shorten. After purification, 3 types of polysaccharides were obtained from tremella fuciformis which were TP-A, TP-B and TP-C.
