摘要
研究耐高温α-淀粉酶的反应动力学机理,绘制酶反应进程曲线,求得酶浓度与5min吸光度的回归方程,制订出酶浓度与吸光度关系表。
The kinetics of high temperature α-Amylase is studied,the time-reaction curve is drown up,the regression equation of enzyme concentration and 5 minute absorbance is obtained. The table between enzyme concentration and absorbance is worked out,then a spectrophotometry method for determining the activity of high temperature a-Amylase is set up.
