摘要
本文在对长山药中粘液质的化学组成进行初步分析的基础上,重点研究了该粘液质的流变特性。结果表明,山药粘液质属于非牛顿流体,其中含蛋白质1.36%,多糖1.50%,水分96.57%,脂肪0.06%。
n this paper,the rheological properties of Mucilage of Rhizoma Doscoreae was investigated.The experimental results showed that the mucilage belongs to non-Newton fluid. The protein,polysaccharide ,water and fat in the mucilage is l.36%,1.50% ,96.57% and 0.06% respetively.
