摘要
本文研究了用氧化一氮与血红蛋白合成含亚硝基亚铁血色原色素。在还原剂──抗坏血酸的作用下,氧化-氮与血红蛋白合成的含亚硝基亚铁血色原色素用80%丙酮水溶液抽提后,用紫外可见分光光度计测定,其在563.3nm,538.8nm和477.9nm处有吸收峰,与有关文献报道的亚硝基亚铁血色原的吸收图谱一致,本文还就该色素的结构、贮藏等特点做了一些讨论。
The pigment included nitrosyl ferrohemochrome was synthesized from nitric oxide and hemoglobin,ascrobic acid was used as reductant.The pigment was extracted by 80% aqueous acetone and analyzed by spectrophotometric method, the result indicated that the absorhance peak of the pigment at 563. 3nm,538.8nm,and 477.9nm, which is the same as nitrosyl ferrohemochrome reported from lirerature.Also,there are some discussions about the structure and storage of the pigment.
