A New Technology of Continuous Alcohol Fermentation from Two Mixed Sugars by Separately Immobilized Double Species Yeasts in a Series of Fixed Bed

摘要 酿酒酵母和毕赤酵母经海藻酸钙固定化后分别装入两个串联的固定床内,以保证酿酒酵母代谢葡萄糖的高效及毕赤酵母代谢木糖所需要的供氧。通过对稀释率、初糖浓度及通气量等操作参数进行的实验研究,证明这是一种能实现混合糖连续发酵生产酒精的新工艺。 A new process of continuous alcohol fermentation from mixed sugars was developed, in which ,S.cerevisiae and Pichia stipitis was immobilized by calcium alginate method and placed in fixed beds in series separately to insure the high productivity of glucose metabolization by immobilized S.cerevisiae and oxygen requirement in xylose fermentation by immobilized P.stipitis.The effects of dilution rare,initial sugar concentartion and aeration rate in second column on the conversion ratios and fermentation rates were evaluated.
