摘要
本文用紫外分光光度法测定大豆粉中的总皂苷。样品经脱脂、甲醇提取、正丁醇萃取分离后,在280nm处测定硫酸水解物的吸光度。实验表明,本法的回收率为95~99%。四次测定结果的相对标准偏差为6.6%。
otal saponin was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Sample was defated, estracted with methanol. After separation by n-butanol extraction. absorbance of the hydrolysate in sulfuric acid was determined at 280nm. It has been found that the recovery of this method is 95~99%. Relative standard deviation is 6. 6% for 4 measurements.
