摘要
以余甘果和乌龙茶为原料,采用正交试验方法,研究速溶余甘茶的最佳生产工艺技术条件,制订生产工艺规程和产品质量标准,探讨最佳配方。
The optimum productive teachnical conditions for quick-dissolved Yugan-tea from Yugan-fruit and Oolong tea by the methods of multivariate analysis were studied. Technical processes, product quality standards and optimum prese ription were discussed.
