摘要
文中评述了异形板外流降膜蒸发器结构及其特点,介绍了异形板上降落液膜传热性能的研究结果和一种新型布液装置及其性能,对于开发和扩大异形板外流降膜蒸发器在食品工业中的应用具有现实意义。
The structure and characteristics of the dimpled plate external flow falling film evaporator, heat transfer-ing characteristics,a new type liquid distributor and its characteristics were described. It was very important for the dimpled plate external flow falling film evaporator to develop and use in food industry.
