摘要
本文首先根据有关资料对核桃品种进行了分类,提纲 棉桃机械剥壳取仁和重要性。提出 齿盘--齿板式主最优设计参数,并研制了绵核桃剥壳机对性能的初步考核表明,剥壳率905以上,高路仁率70%-90%,其中一路仁率30-40%。
The variety of walnut was classified according to related information. It' s necessary to crack soft walnut by machine. Cracking principle was put forward. The cracking machine and its optimal parameters were designed. The result of checking the performance showed the cracking rate was over 90% ;rate of high grade kernel was 70%-90% ; rate of first grade kernel was 30%-40%.
