摘要 本文以发菌期、出菇期、转潮期、菌盖与菌柄的重量比以及生物转化率5个指标,对用玉米芯栽培的23个平菇菌株进行了模糊聚类分析,结果将其归为十二类.其中,第一类的莱平1号和第二类的莱平4号、PL-802三个菌株,发菌快、出菇早、转潮快、产量高,子实体性状优,是适宜玉米芯栽培的优良平菇菌株. Based on five indices of mycelial growing period, fruiting period, inter-flush period, fresh weight ratio of pileus to stipe and biological efficiency, 23 Pleurotus strains cultivated on corncobs were classified into 12 clusters by fuzzy cluster analysis. Among them, three strains of Laiping No. 1 in the first cluster, Laiping No. 4 and PL-802 in the second cluster have the characteristics of short spawn-running stage, earlier fruiting, short inter-flush period, high yield and good quality. So they are good strains suitable to cultivation on corncobs.
