摘要
本文采用光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜对蛹虫草在人工栽培状态下的显微、超微结构进行了观察。结果显示,蛹虫草无性阶段产生分生孢子,有性阶段形成子囊孢子,子囊内形成1~8个子囊孢子,每个子囊孢子可在子囊内进行多次无性分裂,亦可在子座上萌发。
The microscopical structure and ultrastructure of Cordycepa militaris (L.) Link were studied with light microscope and transmission electronic microscope under cultivated conditions. The results indicated that there were conidia formed in asexual phase and ascospores formed in sexual phase. Moreover, it was found that there were 1-8 ascospores in each ascus and that each ascospore would make several times of asexual division in the ascus and could sprout in its ascostroma.
