摘要
对我国现栽柳松菇菌种遗传特征及生活史的研究发现,该菇由菌丝生长的营养生长阶段进入原基分化发育的生殖生长阶段,可产生正常的子实体。电镜观察可见成熟的担子上着生双孢担孢子,单个担孢子遇适宜条件萌发形成有锁状联合的菌丝体,并自交可孕,基于柳松菇具有次级同宗结合菌的单孢可育特征,我们采用单孢分离方法进行品种选育,获得了出菇菇丛密、菇数多、产量高的单孢菌株。
The genetic characteristics and life cycle of A. cylindrui fa cultivated in China were studied. Well-developed A. cylindracea fruitbudics were formed on ce tain substrates when it transformed from vegetative phase to generative phase. And two busilioripores on each basidium were observed with electron microscope. The single basidiosporc easily gcnninatcd and the hyphae Rearing clamp connections were self-fertile. It was deduced from our results; that the sexual system of this fungus was similar to the secondary homothallicT species of biisiiliomycctos of which the single basidiosporc culture was self fertile. Therefore, we improved the strains of A. cylindracea by single basidiosporc isolates selection and obtained the prospective si rains with high yield and good quality.
