摘要
本研究对香菇的平均菇重、菇数、菇峰期等三个主要数量性状与产量的遗传相关及通径系数进行了分析。结果表明,平均菇重及菇数与产量呈正相关,且后者与产量的相关达极显著水平,而菇峰期与产量则呈极显著的负相关。三个性状对产量的决定系数之和达96.41%.表明该三个性状为影响产量的主要因素.
The genetic correlations of three important quantitative characteristics to yield in Lentinula edoden were analysed. In addition, their path coefficient analysis was also made in this study. The results indicated that the average weight of fruitbodics and the number of fruitbodies were positively correlated to yield, and the correlation between the number of fruitbodies and yield was highly significant, whereas peak fruiting period was significantly and negatively correlated to yield. While the sum of determinative coefficients of three characteristics was 96.41 %, so these three characteristics were principal factors concerning yield.
