摘要
本研究在最适条件下制备金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)Y19和W088菌株原生质体,紫外线照射1分钟进行诱变处理,再生后挑选生长好的菌株。酯酶同工酶电泳分析表明,筛选出的菌株出现出发株没有的新酶带,证明其遗传物质发生了变化。与出发菌株相比,变异菌株生长速度提高23.1%~52.3%,出菇时间提早10~14天。
The protoplasts of Flammulina velutipes obtained under optimum conditions were treated with UV-irradiation for 1 min. After the regeneration of the protoplasts, strains with better growth rate were selected. And with the aid of esterase isozyme electrophoresis, new bands different from parent strains were found in selected strains. This indicated that the genetical materials of selected strains were different from those of their parent strains. Compared with the parent strains, the mycelia growth rate of mutagenic strains increased 23.1 %-52.3% and their fruiting period was 10-14 days earlier.
