摘要 从非复制性病毒(家禽痘、野鸟痘、痘苗和人类腺病毒)载体重组活疫苗、腺病毒载体重组口服活疫苗和杆状病毒载体重组亚单位疫苗三方面,评述了以病毒为表达载体的基因工程疫苗近年研究取得的重大进展。 The update important advances,existing questionis,developing countermeasures application prospects of virus-vectored vaccines have been critically re-viewed from the following three aspects:(1)Nonreplicating fowlpoxvirus,canarypoxvirus,vaccinia cirus of human adenovirus-vectored live vaccines their immunity;(2)Live adenovirus-vectored vaccines their immunity; and(3) Bacularvirus-vectored subunit vac-cines tyeir immunity.It is an update trend in genetically-engineered vaccines that the virus-vectored vaccines have come of age.
