摘要
对两种杂交群(BALB/c♂×KM,BALB/c♂×LACA♀)的繁殖能力及制备单抗腹水的产量同BALB/c近交系进行比较。实验表明,两杂交群的各项繁殖指标均优于BALB/c,总离乳鼠数分别为BALB/c的1.98、2.07倍,接种人肺炎支原体F8瘤细胞,kCF1(BALB/c×KMF1小鼠)的腹水产量为BALB/c的2.5倍,效价相同;制备六种单抗腹水LCF1(BALB/c×LACAF1)的产量均优于BALB/c,分别为BALB/c的1.17~2.88倍,除E10抗体滴度低外,其它各抗体效价相同或接近于BALB/C。
The generative ability and monoclonal antibodies production in ascites be-tween two hybri strains(BALB/ c♂×KM♀, BALB/ c♂×LACA)and BALB/ cmice were compared。 The experiments show that all results of both bybrid strains in genera-tion are better than BALB / c。 The total weaners of two hvbrid strains are l.98 and 2.07 times as many as BALB / c。The ascites production of(BA LB / c × KM) KCF1 in antimycoplasma pneumoniae is 2.5 times the volume of BALB / c and both titers are equal。The ascites production off(BALB / c♂×LACA) LCF1 in 6 species antibodies are all higher than BALB / c。They are l.17──2.88 times as much as BALB / c individually,and the titers are equal or close to the titers of BALB / c except E10。
