摘要
原发性中枢神经系统恶性淋巴瘤较少见，国内报道占中枢神经系统肿瘤的０．６％～１．２％。作者１９８４年１月～１９９３年７月共诊治５例，均行手术探查及病理活检确诊。作者结合文献，对本瘤的组织起源、病因、病理学特征、临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后作了简要讨论。
The primary malignant lymphoma of central nervous system is rare.It Is only 0.6%～1.2%among
all central nervous system tumors reported in our country. From January 1984 to July 1991
5Patients with this disease were treated in our hospital.Diagnosis was confirmed by operative
explorationand pathological biopsy.The histogenesis,pathological characteristics,clinical
symptoms,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the tumor were discussed briefly with review of
literatures.
