氟化物控释装置对鼠颌骨、肝、脑氟含量影响及其防龋效果 被引量:1

摘要 制备出体外释氟率为0.2mg/d的氟化物控释装置(简称IFRD)应用于鼠口腔中,观察其对鼠颌骨、肝、脑氛浓度的影响及其防龋效果.结果表明,与饮用0.526mmol/L氟化水组相比,IFRD更能显著降低鼠DMFT和DMFS的发生率,但是,IFRD对鼠颌骨、肝、脑氟含量没有影响。这一结果提示:IFRD是一种有效而安全的抗龋剂。
