SHCSP用于肝癌检测的评价

Assessment of Determination of Hepatocellular Carcinoma by SHCSP

本文作者报道不同人群组１０８８６例的ＳＨＣＳＰ检测结果：原发性肝癌ＳＨＣＳＰ法阳性检出率（９２．６％）高于ＡＦＰ检测率（７４．７％）。转移性肝癌ＳＨＣＳＰ阳性检出率８Ｏ．１％，提示对肝外恶性肿瘤的肝转移有监测意。对非肝癌组其他人群ＳＨＣＳＰ阳性者的追踪观察的结果显示，ＳＨＣＳＰ对发现早期肝癌意义重大。

A Total of 10886 Cases from different groups was detected by SHCSP Test. The Results indi-cated that the positive rate of SHCSP test(92.6%)was higher than that of AFP test(74.7%)in Hepato-cellular Carcinoma. In metastatic liver Cancer the positive rate of SHCSP test accounts for 8O. 1%.The re-sults suggested that SHCSP test is significant in monitoring cancer metastasis from other organs to liver. Tracing obervation on the positive cases in non Hepatocellular Carcinoma groups demonstrated that SHCSP may be used for detecting early liver cancer.
