作者自１９９４年１月以来创用钡喷雾法做直肠双对比造影４０例，诊断直肠癌８例。该法不仅可显示用传统方法能显示的肿块，还可显示用传统方法难以显示的肿块周围的小病灶，对肿瘤侵犯范围的诊断也比传统方法准确，是直肠早期占位病变的重要诊断方法之一。

people have been examined by a new method called Double Contrast Visualization of Rectumwith Spray of Barium Powder since January l994 ,and 8 of them were diagnosed as rectal carcincma. By this method,the small neoplasms near the mass that is difficult to be revealed by traditional method can be discovered. Diagnosis onthe scope of tumor invasion is more exact by this method than traditional one. Therefore,it is one of the importantmethods used in diagnosis of the early space- occupied lesions of rectum.
