100例恶性肿瘤病人甲襞微循环状态检测结果分析

作者检测了１００例恶性肿瘤病人的甲襞微循环状态，并与５０例健康人作对照，结果提示，恶性肿瘤病人管襻清晰度下降，管襻输入、输出枝增粗，管襻交叉、畸形增多，血液流速迟缓，红细胞聚集程度增高，白色微血栓，乳头下静脉丛扩张及乳头平坦增多，加权积分值比健康人高。

Nail fold microcirculation status has been observed in l 00 cases of patients with malignant tumor andcontrasted with 5 0 healthy persons. The results of observation showed that in malignant tumor patients , there weredecreased clearness of vessel loop , widened input and output vessels , increased crossed loops and deformites ,loweredspeed blood flow ,raised degree of aggregation of RBC ,increased white microthrombi ,and in addition ,there were moredistended subpapillary phleboplexuses and flattened papillae;the weighted integrated values were higher than those inthecontrol group.
