摘要
本文作者对术前应用平阳霉素治疗的５２例口腔鳞癌患者进行观察，通过对肿瘤体积大小变化的测量，发现化疗的疗效和肿瘤的分化程度、生长方式，有无副作用以及某些未知因素有关，另外作者还发现平阳霉素用量达１２０ｍｇ左右时，其大小变化最大，以后瘤体的大小变化就不显著，作者认为１２０ｍｇ的剂量可以作为术前化疗剂量的一个标准。
The clinical effects of
pinyangmycin (PYM)preoperative chemotherapy on 32 patients with oral squamons
cellcarcinoma have been observed by comparison of the tumor size between pre-and
postchemotherapy. The result showed that theresponse to PYM was related to the degree of
differentiation,growth pattern,with or without side effects,and some unknownfactors. The best
response was presented when the dose of PYM accumulated to l20mg. It is suggested that the
dose of l20mgmay be the standard dose of PYM preoperative chemotherapy.
