电化学治疗恶性肿瘤334例疗效分析

Analysis of The Effectiveness of Electrochemical Therapy for334 Cases of Malignant Tumors

作者报告电化学治疗恶性肿瘤３３４例，有效率为７４．５％，１、３、５年生存率分别为８５．４％，６４．６％及４０．９％。电化学治癌的原理是直流电解的化学作用，它改变了瘤组织的ｐＨ值，使蛋白凝固坏死，从而杀伤癌细胞。本法简便易行，安全有效，创伤小，病员恢复快。适用于不能手术或放化疗后复发的病例。对多种癌症，尤其是对中晚期癌症患者有一定的治疗效果。

cases of malignant tumors treated by electrochemical therapy have been reported,the effective rate was74.5%.1-,3-and 5-year survival rates were 85.4%,64.6% and 40.9%,respectively. The principle of electrochemical ther-apy is electrolytic action of direct current,which changes pH value in tumor tissue,makes protein coagulated and necrosed soas to kill tumor cells. This therapy is simple,safe and effective,with less trauma and quick recovery. It is suitable to pa-tients with inoperable,or recurrent tumor after radio-chemotherapy. It is suitable to many kind of cancer,especially middleand late stage cancer.
