摘要
作者对１２例ＡＦＰ阳性胃癌（ＡＦＰＧＣ）的临床和病理特点及治疗方法进行了研究。为了更好的治疗，观察了手术、化疗对ＡＦＰ的影响及其临床意义，还对３例患者进行了新鲜肿瘤细胞体外培养药敏试验以确定敏感药物。作者认为ＡＦＰＧＣ是一种恶性程度高、易发生肝转移预后不良的肿瘤，临床ＡＦＰ升高有其病理学的改变基础。在治疗方面仍首选胃癌根治术，术后辅以化疗的疗效相对较好。ＭＭｃ为治疗本病的敏感药物，化疗方案应以其为主要成分。
The clinical
characteristics and treatment of 1 2 patients with AFPGC(alpha-fetorprotein-producing
gastriccancer) have been studied in our department. For the better treatment,the effect of
gastrectomy and chemotherapy on AFPlevel was observed to evaluate their clinical
significance. The MTT chemosensitivity assay of fresh cancer cells was performedin 3 cases
to identfy the sensitive drugs. The author concludes that the AFPGC has high malignant
behavior and poor progno-sis because of frequent liver metastasis. The elevation of serum AFP
level of AFPGC is based on its pathologic change. Theradical gastrectomy combined with
chemotherapy is the best choice of treatment, mitomycin C the effective drug is that
shouldbeincluded as a main composition in the chemotherapy regimen.
