摘要
研究目的探讨脂质过氧化损伤与新生儿硬肿症肺出血的关系。研究方法新生儿硬肿症患儿135例,男98例,女37例。Ⅱ°硬肿53例,Ⅲ°硬肿82例。死于肺出血者27例。患儿静脉血、肺出血液及心血过氧化脂质(LPO)测定采用TBA荧光法。结果Ⅱ°、Ⅲ°硬肿症患儿静脉血LPO含量分别为(3.74±0.32)nmol/L和(5.19±0.65)nmol/L(P<0.01),肺出血发生率分别为11.32%、25.6%(P<0.01)。27例肺出血患儿,肺出血液与心血LPO含量分别为(8.07±0.95)nmol/L、(5.61±0.66)nmol/L(P<0.01)。结论新生儿硬肿症肺出血发生率随硬肿程度加重而增加,并与血清LPO浓度呈明显正相关。肺内脂质过氧化损伤是造成新生儿硬肿症肺出血的重要原因。
Objectve To search for the relationship between the lession of lipid peroxidation and scleredema neonatorum with pneumorrhagia.Methods There were 135 patient with scleredema neonatorum,98 males and 37 females.Scleredema Ⅱ°53 cases and Ⅲ°82 cases.There were 27 camps of death with pneumorrhagia.The lipid peroxide(LPO)in venous blood,pneumorrhagia blood and endocardial blood was determined by TBA fluorescence method.Results The contents of LPO in venous blood of Ⅱ°and Ⅲ°scleredema were 3.74 ±0.32 nmol/L and 5. 19 ±0.65 nmol/L respectively(P<0.01),the rates of pneumorrhagia were 11.32% and 25.6% resnectively (p<0.01).The contents of LPO in pneumorrhagia and endooardial blood were 8.07±0.95 nmol/L and 5.61±0.66 nmol/L respectively(P<0.01) in the 27 child patients with pneumorrhagia.Conclusions With the level of scleredema worsened,the rate of pneumorrhagia of scleredema neonatorum was increased grandually,and it shows obviously positive correlation with LPO's content.Intrapulmonary lesion of lipid peroxidation is an important factor to result in pneumorrhagia of scleredema neonatorum.
