摘要
在40具固定成尸和颈内动脉内灌注墨汁的3具新鲜尸体上,研究了额中部皮辨血供。额中部皮辨的血管蒂为左、右滑车上动脉,其分支与眶上动脉的分支吻合成动脉网。滑车上动脉平均长7.6cm,外径0.9mm分布积面约为6.3×7.2cm;主干的体标投影为内眦上方1cm 处与前发际点上方1cm 处的连线。
The structure and blood supplyof medial frontal flap were studiedon 40 adult cadavers.The vascularpedicle of the flap is composed ofsupratrochlear artery and vein.Theaverage length and diameter of supr-atrochlear artery are 7.6cm and 0.9mmrespectively,and the area of theflap is about 6.3×7.2cm.The surface projection of the artery is in a linelinking the point 1cm over innercanthus with the site 1cm over mid-point of the hair line.
