摘要
在56侧经红色乳胶灌注的常规防腐的成年尸体上,观测了大圆肌及其血管和神经,提出了大圆肌移位重建肱三头肌功能的新术式,并介绍了应用解剖学要点,分析了此手术的适应症。
The vessels and nerve of theteres major were observed on 56 sidesof adult cadavers injected with redlatex into the arteries.The pediclefor transferring the teres major iscomposed of circumflex scapular art-ery (or thoracodorsal artery) and su-bscapular nerve.The circumflex sca-pular artery is 1.5mm in diameter at itsorigin and 4.7cm in length.The ne-rve averages 1.7mm in diameter and6.0cm in length.The anatomic aspe-cts were discussed in relation to theirclinical relevance.
