在30例成人下肢标本上观察了腓深神经及血供.腓深神经在起始处的横径为3.6mm,厚度为1.6mm;在分叉处的横径为2.5mm,厚度为1.3mm。腓深神经自末一肌支发出处至分叉处长约:14cm。胫前动脉发出营养血管到腓深神经,平均每例有9.2支.胫前动脉起始处的外径为3.8mm,两条伴行静脉的外径分别为2.4mm 和2.8mm.讨论了临床应用的有关问题.

The deep peroneal nerve and itsblood supply were observed on 30 ad-ult leg specimens.This nerve is ave-ragely 3.6×1.6mm at its origin and2.5×1.3mm at its bifurcation in ar-ea and averages 14cm long.Its bloodsupplier is the nourishing branchesarising from the anterior tibial artery,averagely 9.2 in number.The va-scular pedicle for the graft may becomposed of the anterior tibial arte-ry(3.8mm in diameter) and its twovanae comitantes (2.4mm and 2.8mmrespectively).
