Transposition of sartorius muscle for the reconstruction of gluteal muscles

解剖学和力学分析表明缝匠肌后移重建臀肌术可以达到矫正屈髋畸形,增强髋关节稳定性和部分重建臀肌功能的目的。该术式适用于臀肌巳瘫痪,但缝匠肌肌力尚好的儿麻后遗症病人。经过临床10例手术,取得良好效果。

Through anatomical observationand mechanical analysis,it was sho-wed that the transposition of sartoriusmuscle for the reconstruction of glu-teal muscles would work for correctingthe deformity of hip flexion,incre-esing stability and partly raconstru-cting the function of gluteal muscles.The patients of poliomyelitis with theparalysis of gluteal muscles were tre-ated by transferring the sartorius mu-scle backwards into the position ofgluteal muscles with satisfactory cl-inical results.
