摘要
通过血管注射,对17只新鲜成年男性尸体上肢的屈指肌腱的腱旁组织,及其血管来源和血液供应进行了研究。腱旁组织是无滑膜腱的血供来源,在肌腱通过关节部位,腱旁组织特化为滑液囊,指腱鞘、腱系膜等结构。腱旁组织的血管网与滑液囊壁、指腱鞘外面及腱外膜的血管网延续,构成了一个相对独立的血供系统。
Using arterial perfusion,the pa-ratenon and its vascular source wasstudied on 17 fresh cadaver upperextrimeties.The paratenon aroundthe digital joints,which the flexordigital tendon passes through,wasspecialized into synovial sac,digitalsheath and mesotendon.Paratenon pr-ovides vascular source for the non-synovial membrane part of the tendon.The vascular network of paratenonextends to the parietal layer of syn-ovial sac,digital sheath,epitenonand periosteum of the phalanges toform a comparatively independent va-scular system.
